Click image above for a larger view.Description: A very rare and unusual blue opal Vaseline Bottle / Vase, on a footed base. This is a very beautiful item, and in excellent condition. It may have had a stopper at one time, but it is a stunning piece in its own right. The neck of the bottle is ribbed, but the body is smooth, it has a polished pontil but shows signs of the old pontil mark. Overall height 26cm, width of body 10cm.
