On-line Purchases

Small items are sent Recorded Delivery (insured up to £34 value), Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured up to £2,500 value) or International Signed For. We can also send by other services or parcel2go.com if preferred. Larger items sent by parcel2go. All items sent via parcel2go will incur an additional fee of £25.00 for insurance. Contact us for rates and fees. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Delivery Terms may vary on individual items.

Returns

  • If the goods arrive damaged and you have paid for goods to be sent insured please contact us within seven days of receiving the goods. If you have to sign for receipt of the goods make sure you make a note on the document that you sign stating the condition as received. You must provide photographs of the condition of the package as it was received to make a claim. If the goods are not sent by an insured service any loss or damage in transit is at the customers' own risk.
  • If the goods are the wrong item (i.e.: not what you bought) contact us within seven days of receipt to arrange to return them and to receive the correct item.
  • If the goods are the correct item but not what you expected (e.g.: condition, colour, etc) the item can only be accepted for return if you contact us within seven days.
  • If the goods have a fault (where the fault is not previously disclosed) they will be accepted for return and refund if notified within seven days of receipt.
  • Goods must not be returned for refund without first making contact by telephone or email, and receiving confirmation by email.
  • Goods accepted for return must be carefully packed in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, which must be insured.
  • Refunds where appropriate will usually be made by the same method as the original payment was made.
